When you use a debit card, the funds for the amount of your purchase are taken from your checking account almost instantly. However, when you use a credit card, the amount will be charged to your line of credit, meaning you will pay the bill at a later date, which also gives you more time to pay (see Credit Card tab on this page).
A debit card is a payment card that deducts money directly from your checking account. Also called “check cards” or "bank cards," debit cards can be used to buy goods or services or to get cash from an ATM. Debit cards can help you reduce the need to carry cash, although using these cards can sometimes entail fees.
As a convenience for our clients, Heritage Home Care™ provides the option to pay their electronic invoice directly from their email with a debit card.
